DNV International Hospital Accreditation
Accredited by the independent international body Det Norske Veritas for hospital management and care processes — an internationally recognised standard of healthcare quality.

About Us
Kaqiang Memorial Hospital is a general hospital in Pazhou, Guangzhou, run to internationally accredited standards with patient experience at its centre. We believe trust in cross-border care comes from certificates you can see, processes that are clearly explained, and medical staff willing to take the time to explain.
Who We Are
Kaqiang Memorial Hospital (formerly Kaqiang Zhengkang Hospital, officially renamed in April 2025) is located at No. 1161 Xingang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, in the Pazhou exhibition and business district, close to the metro and easy to reach.
Built on a foundation of comprehensive specialties, the hospital hosts named-expert studios and multiple specialty centres, and has established three management systems — quality, environment, and occupational health and safety — to internationally accredited standards. For patients from Hong Kong and overseas, this means institutionalised processes, traceable records and clear safeguards for patient rights.
To give patients from Hong Kong and overseas confidence that coming to Guangzhou for care is a choice you can plan with certainty — comprehensive specialties, fast scheduling, transparent costs, and someone to accompany you.
To turn the four things people worry most about in cross-border care — accreditation, cost, specialists and process — into verifiable facts, one by one, rather than slogans.

Our Journey
The following are the key milestones from the hospital's published information. We have arranged them as a timeline so you can understand the hospital's background.
Kaqiang Zhengkang Hospital was completed and opened in Pazhou, Guangzhou, establishing its first specialties and outpatient services.
Imaging diagnostics, laboratory and specialty treatment capabilities were introduced in stages, gathering named-expert studios and a core specialist team.
Achieved ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and passed DNV international hospital accreditation.
Established the Greater Bay Area Personal Emergency Assistance & Escort Services Centre; designated a medical service institution by the Arab Businessmen Forum (China) and the Guangzhou Korean Chamber of Commerce; became the Guangzhou base of the IHCC International Health Alliance; and a designated medical-insurance hospital.
In line with the hospital's development and brand refresh, it was officially renamed, continuing to deepen its international medical services for patients from Hong Kong and overseas.

Our Principles
Costs, processes, risks and alternatives are explained in writing and verbally before treatment. Patients have the right to decide only once they fully understand.
Cantonese, English, Arabic and Korean support, so patients understand their condition and the doctor's advice in their own language — not second-hand through family.
The collection, use and cross-border transfer of personal and medical data are handled in accordance with relevant regulations, and only after explicit consent is obtained.
Privacy & Compliance
Cross-border healthcare involves the cross-border flow of personal data. We set out the relevant handling principles clearly, so you know how your data will be used before you submit it.
We collect only the minimum data needed to provide medical services and arrange your visit: contact details, basic identity information, a description of your condition, past medical history, test and imaging reports, medication records, and information necessary for payment.
Yes. When you submit medical records through this website or the International Medical Services Centre, the data is transferred to mainland China for medical review. We obtain your explicit consent before collection and handle it only within the scope of the medical service purpose. You may withdraw consent in writing at any time and request deletion of the data you have submitted.
We do not provide your personal data to third parties except where: (1) it must be reviewed by the relevant departments or consulting specialists within the hospital to complete the medical service you requested; (2) required by law or a regulator; or (3) you have separately consented in writing (for example, to submit claim documents to your insurer).
Individual check-up reports are delivered only to the employee concerned. The employer receives only aggregated statistics that contain no personally identifying information, such as the number screened and the proportional distribution of abnormal findings overall. The employer never receives individual employees' results.
This website does not list prices for individual items. You may submit your records and requirements via an enquiry or remote consultation; after review by the attending physician we provide an itemised written quotation, and only after confirmation are the bed and schedule arranged. A quotation does not constitute any commitment; the hospital's formal written quotation prevails.
The content of this website is medical service information and patient guidance; it does not constitute diagnosis, treatment advice or a promise of outcome. We avoid outcome guarantees, comparative or exaggerated claims. Medical outcomes vary between individuals, and actual treatment plans are decided by the attending physician according to each patient's circumstances.
You may call the International Patient Line +86 20 8307 0088 or use the enquiry form to request access to, correction of, copies of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to cross-border data transfer. We will verify your identity and handle the request in accordance with relevant regulations.
This page is a summary of our privacy-handling principles. The official privacy policy, terms of service and medical disclaimer are as set out in the documents published by the hospital.
